Service

We offer service to all marinas and boat yards in Whatcom, Skagit and Snohomish counties.

This includes Anacortes, Bellingham, Blaine, Everett, La Conner and Oak Harbor.

Our service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm.

We try to offer same week service depending on call volume, and we stock many commonly replaced parts in our service van so we can get you back up and running as soon as possible.  We service all brands and all types of boat refrigeration systems such as icebox conversion kits, galley fridges, deck freezers, cold plate systems, ice makers, air conditioners and heat pumps.

We believe in transparent pricing.  Nobody likes to have boat work done with no idea of how much the final bill will be, or even how much the contractor is charging per hour.  

Our hourly rate for service is $110.

Like most service companies, we charge a service call fee to come to your boat to cover our round trip travel time, gas and vehicle maintenance costs.  Our service call fees vary by location, and are listed below.  If your service call requires a return trip you will NOT be charged a second service call fee.

Service Call Fees:
Bellingham, Blaine:  $100
Anacortes, La Conner:  $120
Everett, Oak Harbor:  $140

We do not offer evening or weekend service.

Payment is due at the time of service.

We carry a $1,000,000 liability insurance policy and are EPA certified to work with all refrigerants.  

We know scheduling can be difficult for busy people, especially if you keep your boat in a different city than the one you live in.  We commonly do repair work on customers boats when they aren’t on board, and always take extreme care to leave the boat as clean and secure as we found it.
